Katz & Associates, PA was founded by Melvin M. Katz and Arthur Wiley, Jr. in Baltimore, MD in 1967. In 1974, they were joined in practice by David I. Katz. Together, the trio built an accounting and management advisory firm focused on quality service and client trust. While the firm has expanded throughout the years, 10% of the firm’s original clientele have remained with the practice for more than 50 years.
As a full-service CPA firm, we provide a wide range of services to individual clients, businesses, and not-for-profits from a multitude of financial backgrounds. Our areas of expertise include accounting and auditing, business consultations, non-profit organizations, estate and gift tax planning with evaluation services and compliance, financial planning, divorce assets, sports foundations, religious institutions, and technology services.
