Katz & Associates, PA performs compilations based upon information provided by the client. A compilation is a basic summary of financial statements, but without assurance. Compilations are a great option for companies who need a statement for their internal records without the high level assurance of an audit. The objective of a compilation is to provide management with an internal look at their financial statements. Since compilations are of limited scope, our CPAs cannot express an opinion or provide assurance regarding your financial statements.

The compilation process incorporates:

• Obtaining a general level of financial understanding of your individual, business, nonprofit, sports foundation, or religious institution.
• Presenting your financial information in a financial report for internal records.
